Acceptance
By using Karcha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Karcha is
Karcha is a personal finance tracker that helps you log spending, organize it across spaces, and optionally share it with people you invite. It is an early-stage product, offered on an as-is basis.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure. Each account is for one person; you may invite others to share specific spaces or your whole account.
Acceptable use
Use Karcha lawfully and reasonably. Do not abuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others.
Your content
Your data is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you (for example, to save your expenses and generate insights). We claim no ownership of your spending data.
Sharing
When you invite someone to a space or your account, you are responsible for who you choose to share with. You can remove their access at any time.
Availability
We work to keep Karcha available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
Not financial advice
Karcha helps you see and organize your spending. It does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about your money are yours.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karcha and M. K Padda Consulting are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Karcha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version will always live on this page.
